Project Overview
Roofing Work Completed By Higher Level Roofing
This El Dorado County commercial roof coating project focused on stopping water intrusion and adding protection to a flat roof that needed more life.
Flat and low-slope roofs can be vulnerable to ponding water, worn seams, UV exposure, and small leak points that slowly become larger problems. For this property, a silicone coating system offered a practical way to seal the roof surface without jumping straight into a full replacement.
Our crew prepared the roof carefully before applying the coating, because the final result depends heavily on surface prep and detail work. Once applied, the silicone coating created a continuous protective layer designed to resist standing water and help reduce future leak concerns.
The white finish also helps reflect heat, which can support better energy efficiency for commercial buildings during warmer weather. For the owner, the project added weather protection, improved the roof surface, and helped postpone more costly repairs.
The goal was straightforward: fix the vulnerable areas, seal the roof properly, and give the building a stronger barrier against rain, sun, and everyday roof wear.
